Nach zwei Jahren intensiver Forschung und Entwicklung war es an der Zeit, das Gyeon Coating Spektrum auf ein neues Level zu boostern: durch technologische Fortschritte in der chemischen Gruppe der Polysilazane ist es Gyeon gelungen, sowohl die Standzeiten nahezu zu verdoppeln als auch das Auftragsverhalten noch einmal drastisch zu vereinfachen: das Auftrags- bzw Abtragsfenster ist mit den neuen Rezepturen enorm verlängert worden.
Mehr noch: alle neuen Coatings benötigen in der EVO Version keinen 2-Schicht-Auftrag mehr sondern nur noch eine einzige Schicht, und darüber hinaus können sie sogar draußen an der frischen Luft aufgetragen werden; eine Garage ist hierfür nicht mehr zwingende Voraussetzung. Einzig sicherzustellen ist ein trockenes Plätzchen für die folgenden 12 Stunden und etwas Schatten für die Applikation.
Q² Mohs EVO ist die traditionelle Keramikbeschichtung auf Siliziumbasis aus dem Hause Gyeon, sozusagen die Original-Rezeptur, mit der Gyeon weltweit bekannt wurde. Sie vereint sämtliche Vorzüge der modernen Siliziumtechnologie mit einem äußerst anwenderfreundlichen Auftrags- und Nutzungsverhalten: in der neuen Rezeptur bleibt das Produkt innerhalb von ganzen 5 Minuten nach der Applikation leicht auspolierbar und macht den Auftrag zu einem Erlebnis.
Beim Q² Mohs EVO wurde als einzigem Produkt noch die Möglichkeit offengelassen, dickere Schichtstärken durch Layering (Mehrschichtaufbau) zu erzeugen und so die Standzeit auf ein Maximum zu pushen. Allerdings erreicht das Q² Mohs EVO bereits bei einer Schicht die volle Leistung und erzeugt eine Resistenz gegen Chemikalien mit einem pH-Wert zwischen 2 und 11 sowie eine schnelle und einfache Reinigung Ihres Fahrzeuges.

The better the surface is prepared, the better the results in terms of gloss, durability, and water-beading effect.
- Thorough pre-wash and decontamination using Q²M Foam, Q²M Tar, Q²M Iron, Q²M Clay
- Polish all painted surfaces to a high gloss using Q²M Polish and if necessary Q² Primer
- Wash the vehicle with a strongly degreasing detergent, e.g., dishwashing liquid and hot water
- Remove all contaminants, waxes, and oil-based polish residues with Q²M Prep (IPA alone is not sufficient)
- Shake the bottle, apply a few drops of Q² Mohs EVO to the applicator
- Apply in a cross-motion until the layer is even and sufficiently thick, working on smaller sections at a time
- After 10-30 seconds, remove excess product and achieve a uniform finish using a fresh microfiber towel, Q²M BaldWipe
- If desired, you can apply an additional layer after at least 1 hour to increase thickness and durability. This is optional.
- After 1 hour, apply Q²M Cure Spray as a topping and wipe with Q²M SoftWipe to protect against potential water spots
- Avoid contact with water during the drying time (24 hours) and do not wash with car shampoo during the curing phase (14 days)
