Das Hauptziel von Q² Infinite TopCoat Type1 ist somit die Verbesserung von Performance und Standzeit des hydrophoben Effekts sowie der Selbstreinigungsfähigkeiten des Base Coats. Es wird empfohlen, den TopCoat Type 1 in rauhen Klimazonen, unter harten Witterungsbedingungen oder auf Fahrzeugen zu verwenden, die stark beansprucht werden und eine hohe jährliche Kilometerleistung bei begrenzter Wartung aufweisen.
